We aim to ship all vintage items within one business day and any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Please allow up to 5 working days to fulfil your order.
Your tracking number is sent when your order ships and will start to work once your parcel has been collected from our warehouse and entered the postal network.
If your order has not reached you within a reasonable timeframe then please message us using the contact form.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect.
We will not accept liability for any missing orders if the tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered.

RETURNING AN ITEM
Returns are only accepted if the item(s) is significantly not as described.
For example, if we missed a major issue with the item like a hole or a large stain.
(Every item sold is second hand/vintage therefore may show minor signs of wear. This is to be expected.)
There is a 14 day return window in which you can return the item back to us under these circumstances.
We do not accept returns if the item does not fit.
If a return is agreed, we will provide a return shipping label for you.
We will refund you in full to your original payment method once we have received the item back to us.
